A: We carry it here of course, but right now you can find Obliphica in select salons across Los Angeles.  

Q: What if my product is damaged when I receive it? 

A: While we pack your orders with extreme care, there is a slight chance the shipping carrier could damage orders. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, contact us immediately. PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF ALL DAMAGE AND EMAIL THEM TO: info@mtsbeauty.com

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

New items will be shipped as soon as damaged or missing items have been returned to or verified by MTS Beauty or the carrier has issued a claim number to us.

You must retain the original packing materials until any claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due the fact that the claim will not be able to be verified.
